Registrations is now open for this year Filmmaking Camp for Kids and Youths coming up in July and August, 2017,
Nigeria Film Society is a nonprofit, member-supported organization, dedicated to providing the highest levels of entertainment and education to the public.
Come next summer, Holidays Nigeria Film Society, (Nigeria Number One Film Club) will be opening Film-making Camp for Kids between the age range of 9 to 17 years, at Ogba Zoo and Nature Park Benin City.

In the Two-Weeks program, each student writes, directs and edits his or her own short film of up to three minutes and fulfills basic crew positions on his or her classmates’ films.

These students also benefit from the daily one-hour presentations by a host of professional screenwriters, producers, directors, special effects artists, actors, and cinematographers who volunteer their time to share their knowledge and passion for film with the next generation of filmmakers in Nigeria.

The Training Subjects include.
Script-writing and Screenplay, Editing, Cinematography, Acting, Continuity, Directing, Sound and Lighting, Producing, Leadership and Discipline Skills. click to register

City Tour will include:
Visit to the Palace of the Oba of Benin, Kada Cinema and entertainment and NTA Benin Studio
